Meaflow is a French marketplace connecting businesses. It allows a company to post a need free of charge, then to receive, compare and choose from suppliers’ quotes.
Meaflow’s historic core is industrial manufacturing (machining, sheet metal work, 3D printing, electronics, plastics processing, maintenance). The platform also welcomes four other fields: building and construction, cleaning and maintenance (including concierge services, for business customers), transport and logistics, and business services.
It works the same way everywhere. The buyer posts a request with a description, their drawings or specifications, an indicative budget, a deadline and a location. Interested suppliers ask their questions, publicly or through messaging, then send a quote with a price excl. VAT, a lead time and a message. The buyer compares the offers and profiles (references, equipment, reviews), talks with the candidates and chooses the one that suits them. Once the work is done, the buyer and the chosen supplier can review each other.
The model is simple. Registration, posting requests and replying to requests are free. Meaflow charges no commission at launch. There is no paid ranking and no paid promotion. Requests are sorted by publication date by default.
Meaflow is a technical intermediary. The platform is not a party to the contract between the buyer and the supplier and collects no payment. Quotation, order and invoicing are settled directly between them.
To build trust, suppliers can have their SIRET checked and obtain the Verified business badge. Attached drawings and documents are accessible only to signed-in members, and a non-disclosure agreement can be required. Exchanges are kept in the built-in messaging, history included.
Meaflow also publishes practical guides, as well as pages dedicated to each trade and to metropolitan regions.
