Why join Meaflow

Free, no commission at launch

Creating your profile, browsing requests and sending quotes costs nothing. No commission is charged on your contracts at launch.

Detailed requests, with drawings

Requirement described, quantities or surface areas, location, lead time, indicative budget: clients attach their drawings and documents, visible to logged-in members.

Filters by trade and region

Sort requests by category, region, budget or urgency and save your favourites: you only see what matches your trade.

“Verified company” badge

Enter your SIRET (French company registration number) and request verification: our team checks that your company exists and the badge reassures your future clients. It does not replace your insurance or your qualifications.

A reputation built on reviews

Only the client and the selected supplier on the same project can review each other. Your reviews reflect your real work, project after project.

Public questions and messaging

Clear up any doubt before quoting, talk to the client through the messaging system and receive a notification for every decision or new message.

How it works

  1. 1

    Create your profile

Present your company, your skills, your machine park or equipment, your materials, your certifications and qualifications. Add photos of your work and your SIRET.

  2. 2

Spot the requests that suit you

Filter by category, region, budget or urgency, and view the details and drawings once logged in. Nothing is charged for replying.

  3. 3

    Send your quote

State a price in euros excl. VAT, a realistic lead time and a personalised message, with your detailed quote attached. Ask your questions publicly if needed.

  4. 4

    Talk, deliver, get reviewed

If the client selects you, you are notified and carry on through the messaging system. Once the job is done, you can review each other.

A platform for workshops, service companies and freelancers

Meaflow is for professionals who manufacture, build, maintain or transport, as well as those who design:

Sole traders, including micro-entrepreneurs (the French simplified self-employed status), are as welcome as companies, as long as they act in a professional capacity.

For a business with spare capacity or available slots, under-used equipment or a vehicle, or expertise that is not very visible, the platform offers a showcase and direct access to real requests, without cold calling. For a freelancer or craftsman starting out, it is a way to get known and build your first references.

A word of honesty: Meaflow guarantees neither a volume of requests nor that a contract will be concluded. Depending on your trade and your area of work, the number of requests may vary. The platform connects people; it is the quality of your profile and your quotes that makes the difference.

Business clients, not consumers

Requests are published by professionals: manufacturers and SMEs, craftsmen, design offices, but also property managers, managing agents and landlords, hotels and residences, concierge services and furnished-rental managers, estate agencies, shops and companies of every size. The platform is reserved for professionals: the terms and conditions exclude consumers.

In practice, a cleaning or housekeeping company can find needs such as cleaning offices or common areas, or housekeeping for furnished rentals between stays. A haulier or removal firm can find requests for transport, delivery or business removals. A building firm can find refurbishment or fit-out work on business premises, or call-out repair and maintenance jobs. These examples illustrate the types of requests possible, not a guaranteed volume.

Requests that work like calls for tenders

Each request is an open consultation: a buyer describes their part, site, premises or transport job and invites suppliers to come forward. People sometimes talk about industrial subcontracting tenders or consulting contractors; here, the process is simple, fast and open to every company, whatever its size.

By default, requests are displayed from newest to oldest, with no paid promotion. You can refine by keyword, category, region, budget or urgency. Before committing, you can ask a public question: the client’s answer benefits all suppliers. Your quote, however, is visible only to the client concerned.

A complete request specifies the description of the need, the quantities or surface area, the deadline, the location and, where relevant, the material or a requirement for a non-disclosure agreement. Read it in full before quoting: a quote that picks up the key points of the need reassures the client. For building work, a cleaning job or a removal, a site visit may be necessary: ask the client before quoting. Drawings are only to be used to prepare your quote and, if you are selected, to carry out the job: respect their confidentiality.

Standing out to clients

A client who receives several quotes looks at three things: price and lead time, the clarity of the reply and the confidence the company inspires. A few habits make the difference.

  • A complete profile: presentation, skills, equipment, materials, certifications and qualifications, photos of real work and SIRET.
  • A readable quote: detailed price excl. VAT, achievable lead time, assumptions and options. Our guide to writing a subcontracting quote, written for industry, gives you a template.
  • Responsiveness: clients compare quickly and remember those who reply promptly.
  • Useful advice: an alternative material, process or organisation that reduces cost shows your expertise.
  • Your documents to hand: depending on your trade, clients may ask for your insurance certificates, your qualifications or your entry on a professional register. Meaflow does not check them: keep them available.
  • Proof: have your SIRET verified to display the “Verified company” badge, and let your clients review you after every project completed through the platform.

Frequently asked questions

A question not answered here? Visit the help centre or write to us.

How much does it cost to sign up to Meaflow?

Signing up is free, as is browsing requests and sending quotes. There is no subscription. Any change to the terms would be announced in advance in the terms and conditions of use and would not affect contracts already concluded between users.

Does Meaflow take a commission on my contracts?

No, no commission is charged at launch. Meaflow is a technical intermediary: the platform is not involved in the contract or the payment. Quote, order, invoicing and payment are handled directly between you and your client, on the terms you agree together.

How do I reply to a request?

From the request page, logged in to your account, send a quote: price in euros excl. VAT, lead time, a personalised message and attachments such as your detailed quote. You can first ask the client a public question. While it is pending, you can edit or withdraw your quote.

How can I gain visibility on the platform?

There is no paid promotion: all suppliers are treated the same way. Complete your profile (presentation, machines or equipment, certifications or qualifications, photos, SIRET) and collect reviews after each project. By default, the directory ranks by average rating, then by number of reviews.

How does SIRET verification work?

Enter your company name and your SIRET number (French company registration number) in your account settings, then request verification. Our team checks that the company exists and its identity. The “Verified company” badge attests to this check; it is not a certification, a guarantee of quality or a check of your insurance or qualifications.

Can a sole trader or freelancer sign up?

Yes, as long as they act in a professional capacity: sole traders, micro-entrepreneurs (the French simplified self-employed status), craftsmen and companies are all accepted. The platform is reserved for professionals and is not intended for consumers. A SIRET number is useful for obtaining the “Verified company” badge and reassuring clients.

I am a craftsman or building firm: what clients can I find?

Professionals who publish building work requests: refurbishment or fit-out of premises, masonry, electrical work, plumbing and heating, painting, roofing, small jobs and call-out repairs. You reply to the requests that match your trade and your area. Meaflow does not guarantee a volume of requests. Have your insurance certificates ready, including the garantie décennale (ten-year building warranty insurance required in France for the construction work concerned), and your qualifications (Qualibat, Qualifelec, the RGE mention for energy-efficiency work in France…): clients may ask for them, and Meaflow does not check them.

Can a cleaning or housekeeping company sign up?

Yes: cleaning, maintenance, window-cleaning, grounds maintenance, hygiene or housekeeping companies can create a supplier profile. Their clients are businesses, as the platform excludes consumers: offices, shops, hotels and residences, managing agents and landlords, concierge services and furnished-rental managers, estate agencies. In your quote, specify your services, the frequencies you can offer and your resources, and keep your insurance certificates available.

Can a haulier or removal firm reply to requests?

Yes, for requests for business removals (offices, workshops, machinery), transport and delivery, handling or storage. In your quote, state the route, the date and what is included. Clients may ask for your documents, for example your entry on the register of hauliers for the carriage of goods for hire or reward (in France) and your insurance: Meaflow does not check them.
